Rachel Maddow says Biden is definitely mentally fit for office—'he rides a bike!'

“If someone says, ‘You’re too far left,’ you can tack to the center, but there’s nothing you can do if someone says you’re too old,” said co-host Chris Hayes, according to the New York Post.

Maddow then weighed in and said: “He rides a bike.”

This comes after special counsel Robert Hur released his report in the Biden classified documents case, stating that he has decided not to prosecute Biden despite evidence that the president “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials”

Biden’s memory, Hur’s report claimed, “was significantly limited” during his 2023 interviews with the special counsel.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” the report from Hur stated. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

While it’s true that President Biden rides a bike, there was an incident in Delaware back in 2022 when Biden took a large tumble and fell off his Trek FX hybrid.

That incident resulted in Biden becoming a meme, which included fake advertisements for the elderly “life alert” system and old folks homes.

In addition to Biden falling off his bike, the Democrat president has stumbled several times on the stairs of his presidential aircraft. He also fell on stage at the Airforce Academy graduation last year. All of these incidents also resulted in memes.

It’s not just Republicans that are concerned about President Biden’s age, Democrats are as well. Recent reports revealed that former President Barack Obama, whom Biden served as vice president, is concerned about his chances of winning reelection. Due to his lost and confused appearance, many blunders and gaffes, and falls on the world stage, Biden’s mental fitness has been questioned across the aisle.
