Biden campaign speech interrupted by 'ceasefire' agitators

Pro-Palestinian protestors interrupted Biden’s campaign speech in South Carolina on Monday, demanding a “ceasefire” between Israel and Hamas terrorists.

As Biden was talking about how “the truth is under assault in America,” a protestor yelled out, “If you really care about the lives lost here, then you should honor the lives lost and call for a cease-fire in Palestine.”

Biden was speaking at Charleston’s Mother Emanuel Church, which was the site of a 2015 shooting in which nine worshippers were fatally shot.

The protestors then broke into a chant of “ceasefire now.”

As the group was escorted out, Biden supporters chanted “four more years.”

“I understand their passion. I’ve been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza,” Biden said in response to the protestors.

The White House has faced increasing calls for a ceasefire, with staffers holding a candlelight vigil outside the building in December, calling on Biden for a ceasefire.
