In December, Musk posted a poll asking users if he should step down as the head of the company, and noted that he would abide by the results of this poll
“Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll,” he wrote. After 17 million votes, “Yes” beat out “No” at 57.5 percent to 42.5 percent.
