Krista Lee, the tech mogul’s ex-wife, denied allegations that Lee was a partier and told the outlet, “He was a dedicated father.” She also denied knowing about “The Lifestyle” and denied Lee being involved stating, “He was more mature than that.”
Lee had cocaine and ketamine in his system at the time of his death, according to the San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s autopsy report.
Nima was arrested and charged with murder on April 13, and faces up to 26 years in prison, according to New York Post.
