Citizens’ Group Founder Responds to Suit Seeking to Block Ballot Drop Box Monitoring in Arizona

Melody Jennings, the founder of Clean Elections USA, responded to a civil lawsuit alleging that she, her group, and ten other unnamed defendants, engaged in a conspiracy to commit voter intimidation in violation of federal law, an accusation she says is untrue.

The plaintiffs in the case are the Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans and Voto Latino, both non-profit organizations.

The two non-profits are represented by a team of 10 attorneys, including the Elias Law Group.
