Vice President Kamala Harris was slammed with a hail of “boos” from the crowd at the first round of NCAA March Madness basketball on Thursday, while watching her alma mater school get crushed by their opponents. 

At the men’s game between Washington, DC’s Howard University and the University of Kansas set at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa, the boos from the crowd “outweighed the applause” when Harris was shown on the big screen, reported the Associated Press.
