Documents with classification markings were found at Mike Pence’s home, lawyers for the former vice president say. A “small number of documents” marked classified were found on Jan. 16 at Pence’s home in Indiana, Greg Jacob, one of the lawyers, informed the National Archives and Records Administration in a Jan. 18 letter obtained by The Epoch Times.

The Emerson College released a poll on Jan. 24 showing that former President Donald Trump has a lead over President Joe Biden in a possible 2024 presidential run.

Police have arrested 67-year-old Chunli Zhao in connection with two related shootings that killed seven people in Half Moon Bay, California. Meanwhile, Democratic senators reintroduced a federal ban on so-called “assault weapons” and “high-capacity magazines.” They also proposed legislation that would raise the minimum age for purchasing certain semiautomatic firearms to 21.
