Although this year’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) conference lacked energy and failed to cater to young conservatives, third-party events and speakers did. For example, I met the creators of “The Right Stuff,” a new and quickly growing dating app for conservatives. The app provides an alternative to liberal dating sites that push propaganda such as pronouns and require users to state support for leftist causes. It also showcases unique features that go beyond swiping left or right. One feature allows users to post an upcoming planned date, such as a concert or football game. Others can swipe on the date, and the user can choose who to take. The creators said that their app offers a safe space for the movement of conservatives and centrists who are tired of the woke agenda and want to find someone who shares their worldview.
