A Maricopa County judge on Dec. 19 heard oral arguments on a motion to dismiss an election-related lawsuit filed by Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake.

The House January 6 Committee held its final hearing and urged the Justice Department to prosecute former President Donald Trump.

The seventh installment of so-called Twitter Files was released, which shows an “organized effort” by federal law enforcement agents to target social media and news companies that reported on the 2020 Hunter Biden laptop report.

The Supreme Court temporarily blocked the Biden administration from ending the pandemic-era Title 42 immigration policy that was set to expire on Dec. 21.
