Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) appeared on an X space to discuss the $95 billion foreign aid bill that has been pushed in the Senate with other senators as well as Elon Musk, David Sacks and Vivek Ramaswamy on Monday night. Johnson stated that GOP Minority Leader Mitch McConnell “breached” his leadership in taking border security measures “off the table” after there were “secret negotiations” hidden from the Republican conference.
