A apparent partnership between drag queen and trans woman Maxine LaQueene and Smirnoff is making waves online after the recent Bud Light/Dylan Mulvaney controversy.
Recent Instagram posts by LaQueene included the official “Paid Partnership with Smirnoff” tags, but the Smirnoff has distanced themselves from the drag influencer. LaQueene “is not currently a Smirnoff partner, and does not currently have any contract with Smirnoff” the company told Fox News.
LaQueene is a promoter of drag and and an outspoken LGBTQ activist who advocates for child sex changes. LaQueene was recently removed from the Texas state capitol building by police for disrupting a legislature vote on a trans bill.
The connection between LaQueene and Smirnoff was made by UK activist and detransitioner Oli London, who shared images of LaQueene protesting at the capitol and being escorted out by police. LaQueen was wearing a short skirt with no underwear and flashed private parts to bystanders.
After the incident, LaQueene posted to social media, claiming that she could not attend further disruptions of the Capitol because DPS would arrest her for indecent exposure.
The pinned tweet on LaQueene’s Instagram account is a video of her being removed from the Texas legislature’s upper gallery by police after joining a left-wing protest of Senate Bill 14.
The bill aims to ban gender surgeries or other sex reassignment procedures being performed on children, and left-wing protesters swarmed the Texas state capitol in Austin on recently, forcing lawmakers to halt proceedings.
LaQueene’s Instagram account also featured multiple posts featuring LaQueene in full drag promoting Smirnoff’s Pride 2023 Ambassadorship.
