Trump sues NY Attorney General to stop to her ‘political’ investigations into his businesses

Ex-President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit on Monday against Letitia James, New York State’s Attorney General. The lawsuit aims at shutting down what the Trump team calls a purely “political” investigation.

The new investigation into Trump, which James launched on Dec. 9 2021, has ostensibly to do with alleged manipulation of the valuations of his many real estate properties within the state of New York.
