A TikTok video has surfaced on Twitter featuring a trans-identified female explaining how the silicone penis pump implanted into the individual’s fake penis works.
Throughout the video, the biological female refers to the appendage fashioned from forearm skin and flesh as a “ween.”
“This is one of my testes,” explains the TikToker, holding a plastic bulb up to the camera, showing a forearm bearing the scars of phalloplasty surgery. “This is the actual bulb that is now in my ween.”
Viewers learn that this particular model of penis pump is a Coloplast Titan, which according to the company’s website is an “inflatable penile prosthesis [that] is a self-contained, fluid-filled system made from Bioflex and silicone…designed to emulate the look and performance of a natural erection.”
The TikToker takes viewers through how the inflatable penis implant functions.
“This is what is in my ‘sack’ sitting next to my testicular implant, and this is what is going to inflate and deflate my ‘ween,'” said the biological female who avoided naming male anatomy.
