The View's Sunny Hostin SHOCKED to find she's descended from Spanish slaveholders

ABC’s The View host Sunny Hostin was shocked to find out that she is a descendant of Spanish slave owners. Despite the ancestral revelations, Hostin has previously vouched for and advocated for slavery reparations. 

Hostin, who has been a staunch proponent of reparations, was informed about her ancestry on Tuesday while appearing on the PBS genealogy series “Finding Your Roots.” 

“Wow! I’m a little bit in shock,” said Hostin after finding out that her ancestors were slave owners from Spain.
